Annually each batch of third year students   independently  plan and execute a gala evening built around a particular theme and kept open to the general public. This showcases their hospitality skills, displays their creativity and capabilities and puts them through the rigors of entrepreneurship. 

Previous successful events include (Viva   Espana,   Bedrock  Jamboree, Tryst with Troy, Rough Stock  Rodeo, Galaxia, Buccaneer Blast , Malodine, Cinco de Mayo, Actassi, Serene Lanka, Silk Route, Casino de ristoante etc)
